Well, we finally found a house. 5 bed, 4 bath, plus a game room, so 6 bed, 4 bath. Oh, 3 masters, large backyard, up in the mountains, yep, all that great stuff. And the best part is, the land lord wants us to sign a contract with him! (AKA, we getta rent the [amazing] house) I was super stoked when I heard the news.
But they don't have a side fence, sooo my mom of course, talked them about it and now they're bargaining and I'm scared they don't want us anymore because my mom's kinda challenging them. Hard to explain. Bleh. I just hope my mom doesn't mess things up.
