Well, I'm just amazing happy right now. We're looking for a house
right now (for renting) because when we move to Taiwan, instead
of just finding a tenant for our house right before we leave, we can
just rent out our house right now. And since we're renting our house
right now, we need a house obviously, so we're just renting a house
here in California. We've been searching since December - January,
and man, it's harder than I expected. Luckily there's a lotta houses for
rent right now, 'cause I'm extremely picky. Plus we have so much
expectations (long story) so it's hard to find a house to fit our needs.
We found a house a month ago with EVERYTHING we needed plus
more, and we were excited that we finally found one, but right when
my mom was supposed to sign a contract with the guy, he told us he
wasn't gonna move. So I was EXTREMELY disappointed. But today
we saw a house that's actually still being remodeled right now, so
it's very new. It's up the mountains and it's in a peaceful, really serene
and nice area. They actually have 6 bedrooms, (3 masters!!) and the
other house only had 5. They have a larger backyard, and it's very
new (the house itself is old, but it's being remodeled, so yeah).
Plus, it's cheaper and BIGGER! :)
I just really hope the landlord really likes us because it's an amazing
house fit for our needs, and I'm so glad we can stop searching now,
if he accepts us. Ahh! I'm so glad, thank you God!!
